At The One, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

- Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (India): 5-7 business days
- Other locations (India): 7-10 business days
- Remote/pin codes: May take up to 10 business days
- Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1599.
- For orders below ₹1599, a standard shipping charge of ₹60 applies.
- COD orders may include an additional handling fee.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we do offer international shipping.
- If enabled, shipping charges and timelines will vary by country. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- The One is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
